Peter Fleming

Peter has significant expertise in the mergers and acquisitions process, corporate strategy, turnarounds and acquisition integration.  Prior to founding Lunch Pail, Peter was a CEO of MedAvant Healthcare Solutions, President and General Counsel of YourOffers and a practicing attorney.  In an earlier life Peter was an Assistant District Attorney under Robert M.
